I am officially a college ALUMNI! After four crazy, long years, I finally made it. Glory to God! If you’re reading this, then you might be in the same boat as me. I graduated college less than a week ago and I feel like I still have no idea what I’m going to do now.

Some people get jobs set up before they graduate, but I did not. If you’re in a similar situation, I just want to give you a word of encouragement…
We’ve made it, and we can do this! If we can make it through 17 years of school, then we can make it in the real world. It may take longer than we want it to for us to find a career or job we love, but just be patient.
I’m in the process of completing some job applications and waiting on some of my professional references to send me their recommendation letters.
If that is you too, I want to encourage you to enjoy the waiting. There will be time to start your career and there is no need to freak out about it now.
Be still in this time of waiting. They that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. Waiting increases trust in the Lord and allows Him to take charge.
Be still, God is still in control no matter what happens in our lives. Don’t lose hope.
Isaiah 40:31
31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.
Psalm 46:10
10 “Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!”
